Strong Enough Athletics – Photo/Video Release Form

I hereby grant permission to Strong Enough Athletics to use photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings taken of me (or my child) during training sessions, events, or related activities. 

I understand and agree that: 

1. Usage Rights: 

These materials may be used for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes on social media, websites, flyers, and print materials. 

2. No Compensation: 

I waive the right to receive payment or royalties for the use of images or recordings. 

3. Ownership: 

All media created becomes the property of Strong Enough Athletics. 

4. Withdrawal of Consent: 

I may revoke this consent at any time in writing, but revocation does not affect prior use.
