1. Training & Classes 

• Non-refundable: All payments for training sessions, programs, and assessments are final. 

• Cancellations: If you cancel at least 24 hours before a session, we may offer credit toward a future session. 

 

2. Apparel & Merchandise 

• Eligible for Return: Unused apparel returned within 14 days of purchase. 

• Non-refundable Items: Custom gear and clearance items.
